These terms apply to your use of FX DESK, the customer support and notification service provided by FX MANI. By registering or using FX DESK you agree to them.

The service

FX DESK lets FX MANI customers contact FX MANI support, receive invoices and service notices, and track support tickets. It is a private channel between you and FX MANI — it is not a public messaging service and cannot be used to contact other people.

Your account

• Register with your own mobile number and accurate details. Keep your PIN private.
• Purchase history linked to a mobile number is released only after you verify you own that number. Do not attempt to claim records that are not yours.
• FX MANI staff will never ask for your PIN or sign-in codes.

Acceptable use

Do not send unlawful, abusive or harmful content, malware, or spam, and do not try to access other customers' data or disrupt the service. FX MANI may block accounts that misuse FX DESK; your existing records are kept.

AI assistance

Some replies may come from an AI assistant using FX MANI's approved information. Such replies are for convenience; for important decisions (payments, licences, warranty) please confirm with FX MANI staff in the chat.

Availability

We aim to keep FX DESK available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Important codes are also sent to your verified email so you are not locked out if the app is unavailable.

Offers

Promotional messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out anytime from your profile. Prices and offers apply as stated by FX MANI at the time of purchase.

Changes

We may update FX DESK and these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
